A week before we came in Oxford we have done a presentation in our school in Italy in front of a lot of people and some managers of the “trucillo” café where we showed all the things we have researched and learned during this project. Before the presentation we made a questionnaire to tested what the Italian people know about coffee, after that we gave the questionnaire to people who watched the presentation.
